Adult Tennis (Ages 18+)

Skill-Level

Beginner — Players will learn the rules of the game and gain a basic understanding of the forehand, backhand, serve, volley, singles and doubles positions.
Intermediate — The class includes an introduction to the lob, overhand, and approach shots. Players will improve all strokes through repetition and learn to sustain a rally.
Advanced — This class will focus on improving strokes by hitting lots of balls with high-activity drills.
